Was Jesus born on the 25th of December?

Next up in our Q & A series, a student asked me if Jesus was really born on the 25th of December. I have often been surprised at how many people are caught off guard when they learn the answer to this question. You might think it’s not one of those big important issues, but I have actually had people nearly lose their faith when they have learned the answer. So it made a lot of sense to really lay it out in its fullness so as to help people get the whole idea, rather than just answer the question.
